Q: What can a helper do for me?
Helpers can:
- Pick up groceries or packages and put them away
- Walk with you while you shop so you feel safe and supported
- Sit with you so you’re not alone
- Take you to the library, park, or a favorite spot
- Drive you safely to appointments and errands
- Be a friendly face you can count on
- Help with just about any chore you need done (no — they won’t clean your whole house)
Q: Will they help with bills or private paperwork?
A: Not unless you specifically request it and the helper is a trusted, approved person.
Q: Can I work with the same helper again?
A: Absolutely! If you like your helper, just let us know—we’ll do our best to send them again.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Every hour it’s $35.00
Helpers earn 75% of that fare because we want them to feel valued for their time and kindness. Sales People earn another 5.00. so most of the money earned goes back to our workers. The rest is used to keep the company running.
Q: As a client, can my kids ride along?
A: Yes, but they must ride in the back with proper car seats or boosters, (if they’re young,) and you must stay with them. Helpers can’t watch kids alone.
Q: Will they really show up on time?
A: Yes. Helpers know you rely on them for important visits. If someone is late more than 3 times, they are removed.
